Was it possible for Jesus to delay setting up his kingdom? |

The only way Jesus could have delayed (postponed) his kingdom is if his kingdom was supposed to be set up at the time he delayed it. |

Jesus could not have delayed setting up his kingdom if the prophecies of Ezekiel, Daniel and other old testament prophets were speaking of something that would happen while, or before Jesus lived. |
|
If the Old Testament prophets spoke of a modern day fulfillment, Jesus was confused and lied to the disciples by telling them it would happen while some of them were living. It was not time! |

If Jesus changed his mind, the Holy Spirit was not aware of the change and inspired some of the New Testament writers to write things that were not true. |
