I Thessalonians 5: Choosing
When Christ comes, people will be saying:
- peace and prosperity.
- peace and safety.
- peace and good times.
They were to acknowlege those who:
- cause them to question everything.
- the oldest among them.
- work hard among them.
They were to warn:
- false teachers.
- those who were idle and disruptive.
- those who did not teach.
Give thanks in:
- good circumstances.
- bad circumstances.
- every circumstance.
We are to pray:
- continually.
- as often as we can.
- when it is convenient.
Strive to do good for each other:
- when convenient.
- when they do good to you.
- always.
We should be blameless:
- in spirit, soul and body.
- without question.
- without sin.
Do not treat prophecies with contempt, but:
- ignore them.
- honor them.
- test them.
Reject every kind of:
- evil.
- thinking
- work.
The letter to the Thessalonians was to be:
- read by the elders.
- read to all the believers.
- read by those who worked among them.
