We should be slow to:

4. Many happy friends
One who listens, but does not do is like:
1. One who admires his/her image in a mirror
2. One who ignores what he/she sees
3. One who forgets what he/she sees.
4. One who imagines a better image.
Let your conversation be:
1. Short and sweet
2. Seasoned with grace
3. Filled with Bible quotes.
4. As little as possible.
Taking care of the widows and orphans and keeping oneself pure is:
1. A good thing to do
2. Religion that God accepts as pure and faultless
3. Religion that everyone knows to do.
4. Will provide interesting conversation.
Purifying ourselves of everything that contaminates body and spirit:
1. Is impossible
2. Perfects our image with others.
3. Perfects holiness out of reverance for God.
4. Makes no difference.
The perfect law described in James 1:23:
1. Gives freedom
2. Honors the believer
3. Provides security
4. Cannot be lost
Who has the promises of God?
1. Everyone
2. Those who have done more.
