Who is God? |
|
For children who do not
yet read well! |
|
3 and 4 year olds |
1.
With this age, sitting still for long periods of time is difficult. So
singing movement songs at the beginning, middle and end of class will
help break up the time.
2. It is a good idea to have the
children work on puzzles, play with play dough or build with blocks as
they come in at the beginning of class.
3. Giving a little snack of animal
cookies, raisins, or other finger food is also a good idea in the
middle of class.
4. Children this age also like to
come to the front with you one at a time to help lead songs or to say
a prayer.
5. Be sure to say the general
concept many times during the lesson. Even if the children forget some
of the details of the lesson, we want them to always remember the
concepts. |
