Why use unleaved bread...
and how to make it!

Unleavened bread was used in the original Passover feast.
Jesus used it when He established the Lord's Supper (communion) memorial.

Recipe
This bread has simple ingredients and can be easily made in any culture.

1. Mix flour, water, cooking oil and a small amount of salt.
Adjust the amounts depending on the size of your group.

2. Stir until you have a thick texture.

3. Roll it into a thin wafer and cook for a few minutes.

4. Do not use any leavening ingredients like yeast.
