The
Bible plainly teaches that all Christians
are saints.
Why would we want to change God's
plan.
God
does not want one Christian to be elevated above another.
Why would we want to do it?
The early church did
not elevate some believers
as special saints.
Why would we want to do it?
If
God decides how each part fits in the body, every part is holy and
important to him.
Do we dare try to
choose who God thinks
is most important?
The
only mediator between God and man is Jesus.
Why would we want
to pray through anyone,
other than Jesus?
There
have been many changes over the
centuries that are not what the Holy Spirit revealed in the New
Testament.
Why would we want to change God's
plan?
It
seems reasonable for those who trust God to just do what God wants
instead of adding our own ideas.
Since every faithful Christian is
written in God's book of life, it is not important to be on some
official church list.
