Christ."
He was interested in
what Paul had to say, but he was also giving Paul an opportunity to
give him a bribe.
Felix
was afraid, but...
"As Paul discoursed on
righteousness, self-control and the judgment to come, Felix was afraid
and said, 'That's enough for now! You may leave. When I find it
convenient, I will send for you.'"

Felix talked with Paul
many times.
After 2
years Felix was replaced by Porcius Festus. Paul stayed in jail.
