DINOSAURS

The Bible plainly states that Noah took at least two of every animal into the ark (boat). Since the ark was very large, and most animals are small, there was room for all the animals (including dinosaurs), food and Noah’s family.

The ark was at least 450 feet long, 45 feet high and 75 feet wide. If the three levels in the ark were evenly spaced the ceilings would be 15 feet high. This boat was a large boat, with a lot of room.

Since the purpose of the ark was to save Noah’s family and every species of animal, it would make sense to take young, strong animals so they could reproduce for a long period of time after the flood. These young animals would not be the largest of their species.

When we talk about dinosaurs, there are two thing that most everyone will agree on.

1. At one time there were a lot of dinosaurs on the earth.

2. Most of the dinosaurs suddenly disappeared.

Many people are wondering what made the dinosaurs disappear so suddenly.

WHY IS THE NOAH FLOOD A REASONABLE ANSWER?

1. Most of the information we have on dinosaurs is found in huge water-laid dinosaur graveyards. Some of these graveyards are hundreds of feet thick and contain millions of bones. These dinosaur graveyards are found in all parts of the world.

2. The Bible account is the only reasonable explanation of a world-wide flood.
