Without decomposers dead things would be piled so high there would be no room to live. The mushroom is 90% water and very small compared to the giant plants in its community. It reproduces by shooting spores into the air...to land who knows where. God designed each everything to have a job in His wonderful world. |
The
mushroom is a mysterious, delightful little
plant. It is a decomposer... something that
breaks larger things up into smaller parts that
can be reused.
