When the Puffer Fish is threatened, it blows itself up to make itself look larger. When the enemy is faced with a much larger problem it will many times leave the Puffer alone.

Some Puffers they have sharp spines that can be a mouth full of trouble. At times the Puffer will blow itself up and float on the surface of the water... belly up. A belly up fish is usually dead and left for the scavengers.

The Puffer Fish is another fascinating example of the genius and humor of God.
