	There were reasons Jesus stayed in Galilee. The Jewish Leaders wanted to kill Jesus. It was about 50 miles away from trouble. It was not time for Jesus to die. The brothers of Jesus did not yet believe in Him.(7:5) Jesus sent them ahead to the annual Feast of Tabernacles!
Jesus secretly went up to the Feast of Tabernacles.
The Jews were watching for him. The crowd was talking about him. Some said he was a good man other said he was a deceiver.m
No one would say anything publicly because they feared the Jews (Jewish leaders).
Jesus begins to teach!

The Feast of Tabernacles The seventh Month starting on the 15 and going through the 22. They lived in booths or tents on their roofs or courtyards for eight days. It reminded the people that they lived in tents in the wilderness for 40 years. When they entered the Promised Land, they lived in houses they had not built and enjoyed vineyards they had not planted.
