What did this wild man do when he saw Jesus? (8:27)

This is strange. No one had been able to get this man
to do anything.

Why did this man shout
at Jesus and say...
"What do you want of me, Jesus, Son of the Most High God? I beg of you, don't torture me?"
 Jesus had commanded the evil spirits to come out of him.

Jesus had power over powerful demons!
 The demons begged Jesus not to send them into the Abyss. The Abyss is the bottomless pit, the place where lost
souls live.
