Outline of II Thessalonians

You are the Lord's church!
"May our Lord Jesus Christ himself and God our Father, who loved us and by his grace gave us eternal encouragement and good hope, encourage your hearts and strengthen you in every good deed and word."
(II Thessalonians 2:16,17)

1. Encouragement (Chapter 1)
    a. You are doing well. (1:1-4)
    b. God takes care of you. (1:5-10)
    c. Prayer (1:11-12)

2. Don't be deceived (Chapter 2)
    a. The doomed man of lawlessness (2:1-7)
    b. The victorious Son of God (2:8-12)
    c. Stand firm and faithful (2:13-17)

3. Protection (Chapter 3)
    a. Obey the Word-3:1-16
    b. An example (3:7-9)
    c. Discipline if necessary (3:10-15)

4. The Lord is with all of you. (3:16-18)
